Marie Feindt DiGiovanni is a fiduciary administrator in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department. Marie works within the Trusts and Estates Department providing support with the administration of estates and trusts and fiduciary tax reporting. She has 15 years of experience working in a private law practice in Delaware County providing assistance in estate planning, estate and trust administration, Medicaid planning, and guardianship proceedings. Marie previously served as a law clerk to The Honorable Vincent Cirillo in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania as well as a trust administrator with The Arc Community Trust of Pennsylvania, a non-profit organization.

Marie was a court-appointed Plenary Guardian of the Estate and Person of Incapacitated Persons living in both facilities and in the community of Delaware County. She was able to secure governmental benefits for the elderly, vulnerable population of the County for more than five years.
Currently, Marie provides leadership to Boy Scout Troop 605 of the Cradle of Liberty Council as well as the Strath Haven High School Robotics Club and is a booster member of the Strath Haven High School Cross Country Team and Spring Track Team.
